Shipping Policy

We ship from our Toronto, Ontario warehouse and currently ship across Canada (international shipping coming soon). Delivery timelines below are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier volumes, or remote-location routing.

Order Processing Times
  • Orders are picked and packed Monday–Friday (excluding Ontario statutory holidays).
  • Standard processing time: 1–2 business days.
  • Peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday/Cyber Monday & Christmas): please allow up to 5 business days.
  • Tracking will be emailed as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Times (After Dispatch)
  • Ontario & Quebec: 2–4 business days
  • Rest of Canada: 4–7 business days
  • Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Estimates are in business days and begin once the carrier scans your parcel.

Shipping Cost & Thresholds
  • FREE shipping on orders over $199 CAD (before tax) to Ontario & Quebec.
  • Orders under $199 CAD are charged a flat rate based on region at checkout.
  • Thresholds are calculated after discounts and before taxes.
  • Heavy/oversize, hazardous, or remote-area shipments may be excluded from free shipping or require a surcharge. Any exceptions will be shown at checkout or communicated before shipping.

Service is selected automatically to meet timelines and reduce cost. If you require a specific carrier or signature service, email us before placing your order.

  2. Wait for your β€œReady for Pickup” email before coming by.
  3. Bring your order confirmation and photo ID.

Pickup Hours: Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00, Sat 11:00–17:00, Sun Closed

Orders not collected within 7 business days may be restocked.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues
  • Address changes: Email orders@guardianoutfitters.ca immediately with your Order #. If the order has shipped, we’ll attempt an intercept (not guaranteed; carrier fees may apply).
  • Missed deliveries / return-to-sender: We can reship to a corrected address; additional shipping charges may apply.
  • Apartment/condo/office deliveries: Include buzzer codes or access instructions at checkout.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items
  • Inspect your parcel upon delivery. Report damage, shortages, or incorrect items within 5 business days to orders@guardianoutfitters.ca with photos and your Order #.
  • Lost in transit: If tracking hasn’t updated for 7+ business days, contact us and we’ll open a carrier investigation.
  • Once marked β€œdelivered,” theft from a porch/mailroom may require a police or building report; we’ll advise next steps.

    Guardian Outfitters includes shipping insurance coverage of up to $100 CAD on all B2B shipments. If you require additional coverage beyond this amount, please contact our team prior to shipping so we can arrange extended insurance. Alternatively, you may select Route Shipping Protection at checkout for extra coverage and peace of mind.

International Shipping

Taxes & Duties

Canadian orders are charged applicable taxes at checkout. If/when international shipping is enabled, local duties/taxes may be collected by the carrier before delivery.
