B2B Returns & Credits Policy

Quick Summary

  • No full refunds on B2B orders.

For B2B purchases, Guardian Outfitters issues in-store credit only for eligible returns. We do not offer full refunds to the original payment method on B2B orders.

Return Eligibility
  • Request made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items are new, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided.

Items sent back without prior written approval will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return
  • Email orders@guardianoutfitters.ca with your order number, company name, item(s), and reason.
  • Once approved, we’ll share return instructions (and a label if applicable).
  • Pack securely and ship using the specified carrier/method.

Special Orders & Restocking Fees

Special ordered, customised, or specially sourced items returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee if accepted. These items must be in new condition with all original packaging.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
  • Customised / logo-branded gear (embroidered, heat-pressed, or otherwise altered)
  • Special ordered items that are non-cancellable per supplier terms
  • Clearance / final sale / discontinued products
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or alteration
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you’re unsure whether an item is returnable, please contact us before purchasing or returning.

Damages, Shortages & Order Issues

Please inspect shipments upon delivery. Report damages, shortages, or incorrect items within 5 business days to orders@guardianoutfitters.ca with photos and your order number so we can investigate and resolve promptly.

Credits (No Full Refunds)

Approved returns are issued as in-store credit only. Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and can be applied to future B2B purchases with Guardian Outfitters.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Need a different size or item? Contact us within the 30-day window to arrange an exchange. Exchange approvals are subject to item condition and availability.
